Project Overview
Project type: Professional brand / health services
Sector: Clinical psychology
Services: Web design and development, visual identity, copywriting, content architecture, and logo design
Technology: WordPress
The Project
The project arose from a fairly common need among self-employed professionals: to have a professional website that clearly explained the services, conveyed trust, and facilitated contact.
In this case, it was also important that the website’s image aligned with the psychologist’s working approach: approachable and professional, without resorting to an overly clinical aesthetic.
The work included creating the visual identity as well as the structure, content, and development of the website.
A Clear Structure for Different Services
One of the first steps was to organize the information.
The professional works with different types of patients and intervention areas, so it made no sense to concentrate all services on a single page.
A specific structure was created for each area, with sufficient information so that visitors to the website could easily identify which service might best fit their situation.
Frequently asked questions and different contact channels were also incorporated to resolve doubts before requesting an appointment.
Visual Identity
The identity was developed from scratch.
The logo, color palette, typography, and image style were developed with the intention of conveying calm, approachability, and professionalism.
The goal was to avoid two fairly common extremes in this type of website: an overly clinical and cold image or, conversely, an excessively informal aesthetic.
From these decisions, a coherent visual system was built for the entire website.
Content Designed to Facilitate Understanding
The content was written in clear and accessible language, attempting to reduce technical terms whenever they were not necessary.
In addition to explaining each service, the content helps answer some of the questions that may arise before contacting a psychologist: what each type of therapy consists of, which situations it may be indicated for, or how a first consultation works.
The intention was for the website to be easy to understand even for someone who arrives without knowing exactly what type of help they need.
Facilitating Contact
The path to requesting an appointment was also reviewed.
The website incorporates contact forms and WhatsApp access so that visitors can choose the option that is most convenient for them.
Additionally, aspects such as training, specialization, and professional accreditation are displayed prominently—particularly important in a service where trust greatly influences the decision.
Result
The result is a website that is easy to navigate, with its own visual identity and a structure that allows visitors to quickly understand the services and easily make initial contact.
The project combines design, content, and information organization with a very specific objective: for the website to be not just a presentation of the professional, but a useful tool for her practice.
